DESIGN DRIVEN FLOORING
The materials evolved. The industry didn’t
Garage Floor Edit is a female-founded, designer-led concrete coating company created to challenge an industry that has looked the same for decades. While coating technology continued to improve, customers were still being offered the same limited colors and nearly identical floors.
Our company was created by the team behind our parent company, The Garage Edit, a luxury design and build firm specializing in garages and car condos. Through those projects, our designers saw what the flooring industry was missing and began developing original flake combinations for our private clients.
Using color theory, proportion and material selection, we transformed that work into our own curated catalog. From mid-century and industrial to warm modern, minimal and beyond, every edit offers a distinct design point of view that is now available to everyone.
More than a better-looking floor.
Our collections are only part of what makes us different. Our skilled concrete coating teams work alongside expert project managers, many with more than 30 years of experience overseeing high-caliber projects. By bringing design, coating expertise and professional project management together, we create floors that look intentional, perform exceptionally and are executed with attention to every detail.
